On October 9, Miriam Yeung’s “MY BEAUTIFUL LIVE” World Tour New Zealand stop concluded successfully at The Trusts Arena.
Songs like “Unfortunately I’m an Aquarius,” “Wild Child,” “If I Let Myself Continue,” “Flying Girl’s Biography,” “Sisters,” “Bravery,” “A Girl’s Prayer,” “Free Travel,” “The Wolf Is Coming,” and “Little Star”—those unforgettable KTV anthems we once sang at the top of our lungs—were all brought back to life at Miriam Yeung’s “My Beautiful Live”World Tour concert.
In addition to performing her timeless hits, Miriam shared personal stories from her life’s journey with the New Zealand audience. With dazzling costumes, stunning stage lighting, exceptional dancers, and a world-class live band, she delivered a truly “Beautiful Live” experience that was both emotional and spectacular.
One of the highlights of the concert was when Miriam Yeung appeared in a dazzling 1970s-style sequin jumpsuit, performing a medley of upbeat songs while dancing energetically with her dancers in a full-on disco vibe.
Classic hits such as “Kiss Everywhere,” “Fierce Lady,” and “Keep Going” were rearranged with a groovy 70s twist, instantly transforming the arena into a vibrant, colorful disco party. This special segment was designed to give the audience a refreshing new experience, combining nostalgic rhythms with dazzling choreography. The 12-minute nonstop dance medley showcased months of hard work and rehearsal, bringing the crowd’s excitement to an absolute peak.
For this world tour, Miriam Yeung not only brought her classic hits and personal stories to New Zealand, but also her star-studded creative team — music director Carl Wong, guitarist Jason, and dance director Sunny Wong — ensuring that every detail of the performance reached the highest standard.
